“My brother left it. Said he’d get it when he was nearby.”
“I don’t like it.”
“That bright green light is annoying.”
There was a swift knock on the door.
“That’s him!”
“Oh crap! Forgot, I’m late! Sorry, gotta run!”
“Cool, see ya Claire.”
Entering, Jon walked straight to the device, it’s green light fading.
“What is that thing, anyway? Claire doesn’t like it.”
“It detects ghosts, Becca. There is no Claire.”
